Application Methods

• Block Brush: Suitable for manual application and textured decorative effects.
• Spray Gun: Recommended 5mm nozzle at approx. 6 bar, depending on equipment and site conditions.

Application Instructions

1. Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, stable and free from dust, grease, loose paint or contamination.
2. Stir the product thoroughly before use to ensure even distribution of cork granules.
3. Apply the first coat evenly using a block brush or suitable spray gun.
4. Allow the coat to dry according to site conditions before applying the next layer.
5. Apply three coats for the recommended finish and performance.
6. Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use.

Important Application Notes

• Coverage may vary depending on substrate porosity, texture and application thickness.
• Although primer may not be required on many suitable surfaces, very absorbent, dusty, unstable or unusual substrates should be tested before full application.
• Do not apply to wet, frozen, unstable or contaminated surfaces.
• For exterior use, avoid application during rain, frost, strong wind or unsuitable weather conditions.
• Always test on a small area before full application, especially on painted, metal, plastic or unusual surfaces.
