Shipping Policy
We ship SprayCork products, equipment and accessories to customers in Ireland and selected locations where delivery is available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the product type, quantity, total order weight, delivery address and the transport method required.
Small items may be shipped by courier. Larger orders, heavy products, buckets, equipment or palletised orders may require specialist courier or pallet delivery.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout where possible. If an order requires manual transport pricing, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm the final delivery cost.
Processing and Dispatch Times
Most products are prepared and dispatched within 7–14 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Some products may require additional handling time due to stock availability, supplier lead times, pallet preparation or transport scheduling.
If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Pallet and Heavy Goods Delivery
Some SprayCork products, equipment and bulk orders may be shipped on a pallet.
For pallet deliveries, the customer must ensure that the delivery address is accessible for courier or freight delivery. Please make sure that someone is available to receive the order.
Pallet deliveries are usually kerbside deliveries unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery Areas
We currently focus on delivery within Ireland. Delivery to other locations may be possible on request, depending on the order size, product type and transport availability.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If any item arrives damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging and photos of the damaged item where applicable.
